A moose looks out of place here in the south. But he appears calm and after all it is his store.
There's a little of everything on Main St....antique shops, outfitter stores, candy shops, etc.
We enjoyed some good food and music around Blue Ridge, too.
Check out Harvest on Main. Interesting decor.

A short drive outside of Blue Ridge, the Cucina Rustica restaurant is excellent. Do call ahead for reservations for dinner. The LaPizzeria next door is good too. Be sure and check the dates and times these restaurants are open before you go.
Blue Ridge is a quaint quiet town yet with a growing tourist interest. Now I am looking forward to the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway ride!
